Job description: Responsibilities:Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare cost estimates.Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost breakdowns, and tender documents.Work closely with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost projections.Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions.Monitor and track market trends, material costs, and labor rates to maintain up-to-date pricing.Assist in tender submissions, contract negotiations, and project budgeting.Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and client requirements.Prepare and present cost reports and risk assessments to management.Required Skills:Proven experience as an Estimator in the interior fit-out or construction industry.Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and MEP works related to interior fit-outs.Proficiency in estimation software (such as AutoCAD, Planswift, Bluebeam, or Excel-based estimating tools).Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise with vendors and clients.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Familiarity with local regulations and pricing standards.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).

Expected salary: 5000 – 7000 per month
