Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician-Mechanical to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: – Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, HVAC systems, and other related equipment. – Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs. – Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and belt replacements. – Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor. – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. – Coordinate with other technicians and contractors for complex repairs and installations. – Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition. – Assist in the procurement of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance activities. – Train and mentor junior technicians as needed. Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent. – Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. – Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment. – Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. – Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. – Good communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work independently and in a team environment. – Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs. – Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
