Job description: About the job Account Manager Media Planning & Client ServicingWe are hiring for our client who is a leading full-service media agency dedicated to delivering innovative and impactful communication solutions across the Middle East and North Africa. Their team of seasoned professionals leverages cutting-edge technology and creative strategies to help brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.Role Overview:As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end media campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will report to the Associate Director and work closely with a team of 2-3 Campaign Executives.What We’re Looking For:
- 4-5 years of experience in a digital agency, with exposure to media planning & client servicing. Experience in performance marketing is mandatory.
- Local experience is not mandatory.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale digital marketing projects across industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital media platforms & tools (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills; preference for native Arabic or native English speakers.
Key Responsibilities:Client & Campaign Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth execution of their media campaigns.
- Develop and implement media plans across digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliverables, optimizing as needed for performance.
- Provide expert guidance on media strategies and maintain a strong client partnership.
Internal Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with internal teams, including planners, executives, and creatives, to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- Keep the Associate Director updated on client matters and escalate issues when necessary.
- Contribute to new business pitches and share industry best practices with the team.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 20K to 22K + Commissions
