Job description: Alba Cars, Dubai’s leading used car showroom, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Consignment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads to bring vehicles to our showroom on a consignment basis. The role includes a basic salary of AED 6,000 per month, with uncapped commission based on the successful sale of vehicles you bring in.Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients to secure vehicles for consignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle owners to ensure a steady flow of consignment opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to bring vehicles to the showroom.
- Ensure all necessary vehicle documentation is complete and accurate.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure vehicles are effectively displayed and promoted.
- Use CRM software to manage client information, track progress, and maintain detailed records.
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Hard-working, determined, and resilient personality to achieve targets and overcome challenges.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the UAE used car market is a plus but not mandatory.
