Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our Client’s team in a Landscaping Contracting Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all landscaping projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Assurance:
– Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system that ensures compliance with industry standards and company policies.
– Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and evaluate the quality of work, including materials, workmanship, and finished products.
– Identify and report any defects or deficiencies in the work, and recommend corrective actions.
2. Quality Control:
– Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all materials and equipment meet the required standards.
– Conduct regular testing and inspection of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
– Monitor and control the quality of work during construction, including layout, excavation, planting, and finishing.
3. Safety and Environmental Sustainability:
– Ensure that all projects are completed in a safe and environmentally sustainable manner, including compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
– Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and evaluate safety and environmental risks, and recommend corrective actions.
– Develop and implement safety and environmental procedures, including emergency response plans and waste management plans.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, site managers, and designers.
– Communicate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
– Prepare and submit reports, including quality control reports, safety reports, and environmental sustainability reports.
5. Continuous Improvement:
– Identify areas for improvement in the quality management system and recommend changes.
– Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including training programs and quality control procedures.Requirements:1. Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Experience:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in a landscaping contracting company.
3. Skills:
– Excellent analytical and communication skills.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
– Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
4. Certifications:
– Certification in quality management, such as CQE or CQA, is an asset.Salary AED 7000-10000 + Standard Benefits as per UAE law

Expected salary: 7000 – 10000 per month
