Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Lead the planning, execution, and closure of the project according to defined objectives and timelines.
2.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
3.Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient utilization.
4.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
5.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
6.Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project sponsors and senior management.
7.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
8.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project performance and address any issues proactively.Requirements:
1.Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
2.Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
3.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
4.Proficiency in project management tools and software.
5.Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or Related field (Master’s degree preferred).
6.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
