Job description: Position SummaryDeloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology project including software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing SAP products. Manage information technology project including day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for informational technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities for informational technology projects; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers and testers; and work with information technology infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Waterfall Methodology, Agile Methodology, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to participate in software development and implementation services utilizing SAP Industry Specific Solution for Utilities (IS-U), SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and SAP Process Integration (PI) and Process Orchestration (PO);
- Performing and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies, utilizing SAP Customer Relationship & Billing (CRB), SAP IS-U, and SAP CRM;
- Tracking application defects, participating in defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution details, utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira, and ServiceNow;
- Participating in full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging SAP IS-U and SAP CRM and building custom applications using SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP);
- Conducting training sessions to facilitate SAP systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides;
- Taking part in business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions; and
- Enabling medium and large-scale client go-to-market strategies by converting design inputs into process flows and developing solutions for commercial operations and supply chains using SAP CRB and SAP PI and SAP PO.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $131,175.00 – $218,625.00.If offered employment, must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE, including disability/veterans.
