  • Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and teams.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail).
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.
  • Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic financial transactions.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and special projects.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Expected salary: 6000 per month
