Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Packing List preparation
A.Accurately create packing lists for shipments, ensuring all items are correctly described with units & quantities.
B.Verify product details, packaging information, and destination addresses in line with customer orders and shipping requirements.
C.Verify the actual package quantity and labels on pallets/boxes with packing list.
D.Prepare the labels for each box and pallets and make sure to securely fix on to the packages before inspection and dispatch of shipment.
2.Preparation of MTC (Material Test Certificate)
A.Verify the product details and Supplier’s MTC with batch number, expiry date etc.
B.Prepare the Material Test Certificates in compliance with customer specifications.
C.Ensure MTCs are accurate, detailed, and delivered on time along with shipments.
3.Preparation of Shipping Mark
A.Verify the Shipping Mark requirements as per Customer order and with Production Manager.
B.Preparation of Shipping mark and securely fix on to each pallet prior to inspection and dispatches.
4.Document Verification
A.Double-check Packing Lists and MTC’s for errors or discrepancies before final approval.
B.Ensure all supporting documents (invoices, shipping labels, certificates) are included with shipments and any specified instructions from the client to be followed.
5.Maintaining Records
A.Keep detailed and organized records of packing lists, MTCs, and other related documents for reference and future audits.
B.Ensure that all documents are archived properly in both digital and physical formats.
6.Coordination with Departments
A.Work closely with the production, sales, logistics, and quality control departments to ensure proper documentation for shipments.
B.Ensure the materials are being dispatched as per the Packing List submitted to client by physical verification on the shop floor.Requirements
1.Candidate must have manufacturing/trading company background and be able to prepare all packaging documents as per export shipment.
2.Candidate shall be well conversant with computers and aware of export packaging requirements for Road/Sea/Air shipments.
3.Job-work requires in depth attention to detail and therefore the candidate must be disciplined and meticulous.
4.Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/trading of Metal/Insulation Materials or similar industryMin Experience:5 YearsSalary :AED 5000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :SharjahPosted Date:February 10, 2025
