Job description: Responsibilities:
1.ISO Documentation
a.Review the Quality, Safety & Environmental documentation and ensure its implementation in all departments.
b.Interact with various departments like production, stores, logistics etc, and monitor the implementation of internal processes, their execution and maintenance of ISO documents on a regular basis.
c.Conduct Monthly Internal Audit & assist with External Audits twice a year or as per company audit schedule.
d.Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)/Observations, if any, for all shipments and follow up until issue is closed.
2.Inspection
a.Must be familiar with Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and be able to prepare the ITP as and when required.
b.Conduct the daily inspection as per ITP for the Incoming material, In process material and Final Inspections of material before delivery.
c.Visit the vendor’s warehouse and perform regular inspections.
d.Attend the Customers 3rd party inspection and qualify them, preparing all required documents as per their approved ITP.
e.Verify the product details and Supplier’s MTC with batch number, expiry date etc.
f.Prepare the Material Test Certificates in compliance with customer specifications.
g.Ensure MTCs are accurate, detailed, and delivered on time along with shipments.
3.Document Verification
a.Double-check Packing Lists and MTCs for errors or discrepancies before final approval. Verify the Shipping mark requirements as per Customer order and with Production Manager.
b.Ensure all supporting documents (invoices, shipping labels, certificates) are included with shipments and any specific instructions from the client to be followed.
4.HSE
a.Monitor the plant and office all in good housekeeping and hygienic manner on daily basis.
b.In plant, ensure all equipment/moving parts are safe and in properly maintained condition.
c.Daily checks on Production team is safely operating all equipment.
d.Liaise with RAKEZ HSE to fulfill their requirements and ensure proper Monthly report submission.
5.Audits
a.Conduct monthly Internal Audits and maintain relevant documentation.
b.Helping with the External audits for ISO certificate renewal as per the schedule for renewal/surveillance etc.
c.Conduct RAKEZ HSE audits like OFC or any other requirements.
6.Maintaining Records
a.Keep detailed and organized records of both Internal and External inspections. Maintain registers of daily tasks, NCR register with status, instrument calibration registers, etc.
b.Ensure that all documents are archived properly in both digital and physical formatsRequirements
1.Candidate must have QA/QC job experience and HSE background in manufacturing/trading company of Metal/Insulation materials.
2.Candidate shall be well conversant with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 documentation.
3.Shall be aware of ASTM Standards of Metals / Insulation Materials.
4.Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/trading Company having ISO systems.Min Experience:5 YearsSalary :AED 7000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :SharjahPosted Date:February 10, 2025
