- Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for high-profile projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and project managers, to deliver integrated design solutions.
Design and Innovation:
- Develop and present innovative architectural concepts and strategies for urban, industrial, and commercial projects.
- Ensure designs incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient principles, adhering to Dubai’s Green Building regulations and international standards.
Technical Oversight:
- Provide technical guidance and ensure the quality and accuracy of all architectural drawings, specifications, and deliverables.
- Oversee the integration of architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts, progress updates, and project milestones.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and convincing abilities to align project goals and expectations.
- Effectively negotiate and address concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and project success
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits.
Team Management:
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
Expected salary: 25000 per month
