Job description: Responsibilities:Perform hands-on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics to ensure high-quality service. Lead and manage a team of mechanics, delegating tasks and overseeing day-to-day operations in the workshop. Ensure efficient workflow, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide expert solutions. Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets company and safety standards. Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and customers as and when required. Train, mentor, and support junior mechanics to enhance their skills and productivity. Uphold workshop standards, including safety, cleanliness, and adherence to protocols.Required Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience working in reputable garages; experience with brands like Toyota, Mercedes, or similar is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills. Proven ability to handle both hands-on tasks and delegate work efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in vehicle diagnostics and repair. A proactive and organized approach to managing workloads and team operations.

Expected salary: 7000 – 7500 per month
