We are looking for a Sales Manager who is fluent in Russian to lead our sales team and drive business growth in Russian-speaking markets.Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets in Russian-speaking regions.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
3. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners in the Russian market.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market.
5. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Candidate Requirements:
1. Fluency in Russian is a must, along with proficient English language skills.
2. Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in Russian-speaking markets.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
