Job description: In this role, you’ll take charge of driving daily operations and shaping innovative solution architectures, ensuring we exceed key performance indicators and service level agreements. You’ll lead vendor incident resolution and ensure solutions align seamlessly with both business goals and IT strategies.
- Align divisional strategies with business goals and monitor performance.
- Implement policies and processes to ensure governance and cost-effective services.
- Provide regular management reports on operations and solution architecture.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring vendor compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
- Design and implement IT solution architectures that meet business needs.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation.

- 7-10 years of experience in both IT operations and solution architecture, with expertise in managing budgets, forecasts, KPIs, SLAs, and procurement processes.
- Proven communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of operational management systems, solution architecture design, and industry best practices.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Solution Architecture, Operations Management, or a related field, along with mandatory ITSM certification
