Job description: Responsibilities:Responsible for combining technical expertise with sales skills to drive business growth.Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, offering customized solutions that meet those needs.Preparing and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposalsManages the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiating contracts and closing deals.Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure the proposed solutions are feasible and meet customer specifications.Provides after-sales support, helping with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance if necessary, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.Track sales performance, provide regular reports to management, and stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry innovations to remain competitive.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.Proven experience (typically 5-8 years) in a marketing role, preferably within the marine, maritime, or similar industries.Shipbuilding and Ship Repair KnowledgeMin 5-8 yrs
