Job description: Responsibilities:Responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and monitoring of sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.Involves coordinating marketing campaigns, handling administrative tasks, preparing sales presentations and reports, managing customer databases, and supporting lead generation efforts.Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase market presence.Communication and collaboration between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned and effectively executed.Managing customer inquiries and providing timely follow-up to potential clients interested in shipbuilding or related services.Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals and bids, ensuring they align with client specifications and industry standards.Tracking and reporting on sales performance, including progress on leads, proposals, and closing rates for shipbuilding projects.Liaising with the engineering and design teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and shipbuilding capabilities.Supporting digital marketing efforts, including the maintenance of the company website, social media channels, and online advertising related to shipbuilding projects.Organizing internal and external meetings, ensuring coordination between sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to align on project timelines, client needs, and deliverables.Ensures their own safety by adhering to company safety protocols, especially when attending site visits, trade shows, or client meetings at shipyards, and by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required in operational environments.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Marketing or a related technical field is typically required.Proven experience (typically 5-8 years) in a marketing role, preferably within the marine, maritime, or similar industries.Shipbuilding and ShipMin 5-8 yrs
Expected salary: 8000 – 12000 per month
