Job description: HEAD CHEF – DUBAI, UAEOur client, a premium dining restaurant located in Dubai, is currently looking for a Head Chef. The successful applicant will be responsible foroverseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchens and be able to manage, lead, motivate and develop the team. We are looking for somone with high energy and great personlaity. The successful applicant must be able to be a brand ambassador for the company.Responsibilities included but not limited to:

- recipe and menu creation and development
- managing the financial KPI’s enabling business success,
- purchasing
- health and safety including food hygiene procedures.
- staying up-to-date with culinary trends and kitchen processes
- Dealing with suppliers and ensuring that they supply quality goods at affordable prices
- Managing the inventory and ordering stock as needed
- Developing new dishes and overhauling menus to attract more clientele
- Ensuring that guests receive excellent service and enjoy their culinary experience
Ideal candidate must have:
- 2-4 years experience as a Head Chef
- European cuisine essential
- GCC experience essential
- have premium dining experience
- able to cover 250-400 pax
Salary package: AED25K-30 all inclusive
Expected salary: 25000 per month
