Job description: In this role, your key responsibilities include:Conducts Enhanced Due Diligence for Commercial and Mid Corporate segment customersPerforms KYC analysis for New to Bank Clients classified under high risk categoriesChecks client profile and documentation meets Group Compliance policy guidelines and internal requirementsSpecific focus on due diligence for layered ownership structure for identification and verification of UBOsIdentification of AML, Sanctions and PEP Risk and obtain required approvalsHandle Periodic KYC reviews to ensure no new emerging compliance risks are identified
Handle theme based and event triggered client reviewsCollaboration with Business coverage and Group Compliance functionsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience:Sound Knowledge of KYC, risk management, UAE Central bank and other international regulations and compliance policy mattersTeam player – collaborates with internal business teams and always strives for better performance in order to achieve common goalsSound analytical, negotiation, decision-making, influencing and problem-solving skills
Excellent research /investigative & interpersonal skillsMicrosoft office tools – (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
Strong communication and presentation skills Action/results orientedWhat we offer:Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 15,500 – AED 22,000 per month.
