Job description: We are assisting a leading global law firm who are seeking a 6-8 yr PQE hire for their highly rated team in the UAE. Work will include M&A, PE and JV transactions across a broad range of sectors.

- Provide legal advice to corporate clients
- Draft and negotiate a range of contracts and agreements
- Manage client relationships and provide high-quality service
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the legal and regulatory landscape
- Work closely with other departments to ensure legal compliance
- Represent the company in legal proceedings
- Train and mentor junior lawyers in the team
- Participate in business development activities

- A Law degree from a recognized institution
- England & Wales Qualified
- Experience in the region is preferred(not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations
