Your expertise will help streamline our processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance across the supply chain.Additionally, if you have programming experience, you’ll have the opportunity to work with various technologies, including ASPEN SCM (MIMI), SAP ABAP, SQL, and more, to enhance and customize the scheduling models further.If you’re looking for a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can apply your skills and grow professionally, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career while driving impactful change.Responsibilities Include:Supports Momentive ASPEN SCM (MIMI) based Global Scheduling Models or Zemeter based Advanced Planning models. Candidate would design, build, document, debug, and maintain the various models. Training provided as required.Supports of global scheduling models. This requires the individual to become very familiar with the Advanced Scheduling Models, plant specific scheduling environments and the data work flows between the Advanced Scheduling and SAP.Updates and supports the reporting systems used to present the results of plans and schedules to the affected business functions.Documents and maintains process workflows and data workflows for the Demand Management, S&OP, Inventory Management and Advanced Scheduling processes.Able to use the basic MRP tools within SAP.Requires basic understandings of SQL databases, internal structures, and standard SQL queries.Tracks their progress against a formal project plan and use a formal project methodology for larger projects.Be a Mentor and help train junior team members.Member of on-call rotation.Qualifications:The following are required for the roleBachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fieldStrong Skills in Microsoft Office Suite of products especially Excel and PowerPoint.The following are preferred for the roleExposure to solutions using LP, MIP, APS heuristics and algorithmsExperience in SQL and relational databasesExperience with ERP tools, specifically SAPExperience in process modeling and problem-solving using computersExperience with a related high level programming languageMasters Degree in Computer Science, mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fieldExperience with process mining tools#LI-NG1#LI-HybridPHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.
