Job description: REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCESThe Broward County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified candidates for Systems Analyst.General DescriptionAnalyzes computer application programs and supports computer hardware devices. Works independently, under limited supervision, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsRequires a two (2) year degree from an accredited trade, technical or vocational school, college or university with major coursework in computer science or closely related field.(One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.)Requires four (4) years experience in systems analysis and web applications programming or closely related experience.Special Certifications and LicensesNone.Preferences -Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree from an accredited university with major coursework in computer science or closely related field.
-Deep understanding of C# syntax, object-oriented programming principles, and common design patterns
