Job description: Key Responsibilities
1.Oversee and manage daily on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.
2.Lead a team of workers, assign tasks, and monitor their performance to maintain high quality standards.
3.Supervise the installation of kitchens, wardrobes, and other custom solutions according to technical drawings and specifications.
4.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality, and address any challenges or deviations.
5.Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
6.Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site to maintain a secure working environment.
7.Manage on-site materials, equipment, and workforce to optimize productivity and efficiency.
8.Maintain detailed records of site activities, including work progress, material usage, and labor performance.Qualifications and Skills
1.Proven experience as a Foreman, preferably in the interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
3.Strong knowledge of construction techniques, joinery installations, and interior design solutions.
4.Ability to interpret and execute technical drawings and project plans.
5.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
6.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7.Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and industry standards.
8.Proficient in communication and able to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
