Our client is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager within the real estate departmentAbout the roleThe Senior Project Manager will spearhead the successful delivery of projects, overseeing the project timelines and ensuring that quality assurance procedures are met throughout. The role will be collaborating closely with key stakeholders to mitigate delays and provide regular project progress reports. The Senior Project Manager will lead the projects from the initiation to completion stages, assisting in the development of scope statements, offering technical expertise during implementation, as well as analysing tender documents and project schedules while overseeing the team during the construction phase to mitigate risks and ensure a smooth handover process.Additionally, the role will also require preparing project cash flows and reconciling financial performance upon project delivery.About youTo be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have at least 5 years’ of experience working for a UAE based real estate developer, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing entire project lifecycles within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
