Job description: Key Responsibilities
1.Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on Time and within budget.
2.Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications and company standards.
3.Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues or delays.
4.Ensure proper installation of kitchen systems, wardrobes, and other custom solutions according to designs and specifications.
5.Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
6.Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
7.Manage and train site personnel, ensuring high productivity and adherence to best practices.
8.Maintain accurate records of site activities’, including daily reports, progress updates, and material usage.
9.Capable of coordinating on behalf of Tone with the Client, Consultant, and Main Contractor.Qualifications and Skills
1.Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in the interior design, construction, or kitchen installation industry.
2.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
3.Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and interior installations processes.
4.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and Time-management skills.
5.Ability to interpret and execute technical drawings and plans.
6.Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the UAE.
7.Strong communication skills in [language(s), e.g., English, Arabic].
8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is an advantage.
