The primary responsibilities of a Financial Analyst will include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. This role will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.Responsibilities

- Support the Finance Director in conducting thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports showing financial performance by comparing actual results with budget and forecasts. Analyze trends, variances, and financial indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop ad-hoc financial reports to provide insights into specific business areas. Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Report budgetary performance and highlight areas for improvement. Support department heads to prepare and refine forecasts and develop action plans.
- Maintain and update financial models, databases, and systems. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
- Support the Finance Director in evaluating potential investment opportunities by providing financial modeling to assess feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Identify and highlight financial risks through thorough analysis and monitoring.
- Gather, prepare, and organize financial data required by internal auditors, including financial statements, transaction records, and supporting documentation. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement or potential weaknesses.
- Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure alignment of financial data. Collaborate with various departments to understand financial impacts and support their financial needs.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or any related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or other relevant qualifications is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 5-10 Years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Experience in financial analysis and modelling, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Experience in Real Estate industry and publicly listed companies is preferred.
