- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with the agency’s growth goals.
- Identify and target potential clients across diverse industries to generate revenue opportunities.
- Act as the primary driver for new business acquisition, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create winning pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Lead new client meetings, effectively communicating the agency’s unique value proposition.
- Understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
- Provide actionable insights to refine agency offerings and strategies.
- Achieve business development targets, driving agency revenue growth.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- At least 6-8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to present ideas persuasively and close deals.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising and marketing industry trends and tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a leadership role.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong network of industry contacts.
