Job description: Job Overview: The Customer Happiness Agent is responsible to handle the accounts of customers and provide them with efficient customer service.Key Areas of Responsibilities:

- Provide help and advice to customers about products and services.
- Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
- Investigate and solve customers’ problems whilst working closely with the Team Leader.
- Responsible to keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Learn about organization’s products, promotions or services and keeps up to date with changes.
- Responsible for collecting money paid by clients for service / profuct and update the money collection schedule.
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills. Interpersonal Requirements:
- Good MS Office skills.

Salary: AED 4500 + incentives + medical + annual airfair for self
