- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the hotel’s operational goals.
- Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new staff members.
- Manage employee relations, swiftly addressing concerns to promote a harmonious workplace.
- Oversee performance management processes to foster employee growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies to mitigate risks.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and service quality.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and statistics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in HR management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the luxury hotel sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities coupled with attention to detail.
- Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Dubai Marina or JBR area is a plus
- Must be currently available in UAE
Benefits:The salary is AED 12,000 to 18,000 (depending on experience)
Expected salary: 12000 – 18000 per month
