You will be at the forefront of complex and high-value transactions, advising a diverse range of clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms. Your expertise in mergers and acquisitions will be instrumental in delivering top-notch legal services in a fast-paced and challenging environment.Responsibilities:– Conduct legal research and due diligence to support M&A transactions.– Draft and review a wide range of transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and disclosure schedules.– Assist in negotiations and provide strategic counsel to clients during the transaction process.– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate, finance, and tax specialists, to ensure comprehensive legal support.– Keep abreast of relevant legal developments and industry trends to provide cutting-edge advice.Qualifications:– Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or respective commonwealth jurisdiction with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a maximum of 6 Years post-qualification– Proven experience in M&A transactions within a reputable law firm.– Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.– The ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.– An outstanding educational history from a top ranked universityWhat Our Client Offers:Our client values talent, and they offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
