The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of high-quality uniforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Meetings: Set up meetings with potential clients to present our products and services.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our uniform offerings.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Create regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback.
- Stock Management: Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and other events to promote our products.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and prospects to share with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role with 4-5 years of UAE experience (preferably dealing with Schools & Educational Institutes)
- UAE Driver’s Licence holder
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – Spoken Arabic preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or marketing fields
