Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and increase market penetration for electronic gadgets, accessories, and consumer goods.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B and retail partnerships, to expand the company’s market presence.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing product knowledge, resolving concerns, and fostering customer satisfaction.
Market and Product Expertise:
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive.
- Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients to highlight features, benefits, and value propositions.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track sales performance against KPIs, analyze data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
Sales Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff, fostering a results-driven and collaborative team environment.
- Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and implement training programs to enhance sales skills.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in the electronics, gadgets, or consumer goods industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications or training in sales techniques or leadership are an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Female candidates are required for this role.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel within the region for client meetings and events.
