- Manage daily site operations, supervising labor, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and materials requisition.
- Plan and organize site activities, coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the workforce to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee quality control, health, and safety, ensuring compliance with method statements, quality plans, and safety requirements.
- Prepare reports, technical documents, record drawings, and maintain site records, while providing data for variation orders and site instructions.
Expected salary: 4000 per month
