- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and culturally relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Multilingual Writing: Create and edit content in English and Hindi, ensuring messaging is culturally appropriate and resonates with the target audience.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize written content for search engines to improve organic traffic and online visibility.
- Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors to create informative and compelling content.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft content strategies that align with social media campaigns, promotions, and brand objectives.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with business goals.
- Proofreading & Editing: Review and edit content to ensure it meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and grammatical accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, marketing teams, and other departments to develop cohesive content strategies.
- Audience Engagement: Write audience-focused content that drives engagement and builds brand loyalty within the target demographics, especially the Indian community.
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a content writer or in a related role.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and practices.
- Exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
