As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of the company and ensuring precise financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in the real estate industry.Responsibilities

- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis
- Produce accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines
- Manage financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Results-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of real estate finance and accounting practices
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years in the real estate industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA is preferred
- Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Must be currently in UAE and available for a face-to-face interview
Benefits:Salary is AED Salary 15,000 to 20,000 (All In)
Expected salary: 15000 – 20000 per month
