Job description: Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures specific to BMS projects.Prepare and review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and related documentation.Conduct site inspections for the installation, commissioning, and operation of BMS equipment (sensors, controllers, wiring, etc.).Verify compliance of materials, tools, and equipment with approved specifications and standards.Oversee and document functional tests, ensuring systems operate as designed.Participate in factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) of BMSCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues.Communicate non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Liaise with clients, consultants, and external auditors regarding QA/QC matters.Maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities, including inspection logs, test reports, and NCRs (non-conformance reports).Proven experience in BMS projects or related fields (3-5+ years).Familiarity with BMS systems, such as Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, etc

Expected salary: 9000 – 10000 per month
