The ideal candidate will support students in exploring career pathways, developing skills for future employment, and making informed decisions about their educational and professional journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one and group career counselling sessions to help students identify strengths, interests, and potential career paths.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to guide students in academic and career planning.Conduct workshops and programs on career exploration, resume writing, interview skills, and higher education opportunities.Develop and oversee programs that enhance career readiness and foster a culture of achievement.Assist students in identifying challenges and opportunities related to their career goals.Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical practices in all career guidance interactions.Monitor and track students’ progress and maintain accurate records.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Career Counselling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in career counselling, preferably within a school setting.Certification or licensure as a Counsellor is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in working with diverse cultures and age groups.Experience in developing and implementing career guidance programs.Salary & BenefitsSalary: AED 12,000 – AED 15,000 per month (Tax-Free).Accommodation: Provided or allowance included.Flight Allowance: Annual return airfare to home country.Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance provided.Professional Development: Opportunities for training and career growth.Vacation: Generous annual leave aligned with the school calendar.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV, a cover letter, and copies of relevant qualifications to [Insert Email Address] by [Insert Deadline].
