Job description: Position: Mechanical ForemanLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesContract Details: Full-timeOur client, a leading construction company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreman to join their team. As a Mechanical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of various construction projects in Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:– Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical technicians and other workers on site
– Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
– Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines
– Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
– Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications
– Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction
– Coordinate with other trades and departments to ensure smooth project execution
– Train and mentor junior staff on proper construction techniques and procedures
– Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours
– Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on project status
– Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and utilized by workers
– Adhere to project budget and report any budget deviations to management
– Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a safe work environment.Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent, technical diploma or trade certification preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
– Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Good physical condition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
– Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
– Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Salary: AED AED 5,000 + Food, Accommodation & Transportation
Benefits: Medical insurance + Ticket once in 2 years + Overtime

Expected salary: 5000 per month
