Job description: As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial strategy and decision-making processes for the company’s diverse and high-value real estate projects. Your expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning will contribute to maximizing the company’s profitability and ensuring the successful execution of key developments.
- Conducting detailed financial analysis and preparing financial models for new and ongoing projects.
- Analyzing market trends, economic data, and investment opportunities to inform business strategies.
- Collaborating with senior management to evaluate the financial performance of various business units.
- Preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders, including investors, senior leadership, and board members.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for large-scale real estate developments.
- Monitoring cash flow, funding requirements, and financing options for projects.
- Assisting in risk assessment and the evaluation of potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Supporting corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raising efforts.

- MBA or CA/ACCA or CFA required
- Preferably based in UAE already
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, project financing, and investment analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a high level of attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
