Job description: Responsibilities:Company Formation and Licensing: Assist clients in the establishment of companies in the UAE and offshore companies including advising on the appropriate legal structures such as DIFC Foundations / drafting Charter and By Laws and setting up DIFC Companies.Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice to corporate clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate structuring, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts.Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with the latest laws, regulations, and policies relevant to corporate entities in the UAE, and ensure that clients’ businesses remain compliant with all legal requirements.Due Diligence: Conduct thorough legal due diligence for corporate transactions to identify potential risks and liabilities.Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients/ government authorities etc.Strong business development skills to generate new leads and develop the corporate department within the firm. Business development for the Firm to bring in new clients and referral sources. This is mandatory and highly significant for this role.Must have excellent English spoken and written.
Expected salary: 15000 – 25000 per month
