Location: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:

- Supervise and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform quality control and monitor construction progress.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc., and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in civil engineering or site engineering roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
- Additional Skills: Experience in swimming pool construction is preferred.
- Licenses: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
