The successful Project Lead will be offered:

Project Lead requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- PMP certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving license and access to own car
- Experience with direct line management, training and development
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to recognise and prioritise time-sensitive projects
- Exceptional customer and client service skills
Project Lead key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for all phases of a project, from pre-sales to project onboarding and project closing
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates and addressing issues promptly
- Monitors the complete project timeline, cost control and manages procurement processes from the project team to procurement department to ensure alignment with project contract, scope, timeline, and budget.
- Adhere to PMP methodologies and effective risk management
- Foster and ensure a collaborative team environment
- Mentor team members
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards in project documentation
- Support sales and business development initiatives to align project execution with client needs and secure future opportunities
Expected salary: 12000 – 20000 per month
