Job description: Responsibilities:Able to work independently with minimum supervision.The successful candidate will identify new sales leads and generate business for facilities management services.Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals.Understanding the sector-specific needs of clients and working with expert teams to supply potential candidates.Influencing and networking with current and prospective clients to build relationships at senior levels, and identify business needs to address.Strong verbal and written communication. Project management skills, Strategic and analytical thinking skills, And Strong organizational skills. Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc… Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.Working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.Working toward monthly and Quarterly sales targets.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client’s business.Account planning to develop new business opportunities within client accounts.
Expected salary: 8000 – 10000 per month
