This role involves enhancing our online presence, updating our websites, creating engaging content, and supporting our overall marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and adjust content to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Specialist to optimize content for search engines.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Develop and execute SEM strategies to meet business goals, including increased traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for business.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust SEM strategies accordingly.
  • Stay informed and continuously learn about the latest SEM trends, tools, best practices and industry trends.
  • Website Management
  • Perform on-page SEO optimization, including keyword research, meta tags, headings, and URL structures.
  • Optimize website content, images, and other elements to improve search engine rankings.
  • Check regularly website to identify and resolve technical issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.
  • Manage and optimize website architecture, ensuring search engines can effectively crawl and index the site.
  • Monitor and improve website speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall performance.
  • UI/UX Design:
  • Design and develop user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-centric.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by designing navigation flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
  • Analyze user behavior and website analytics to identify areas for improvement in navigation and overall user experience.
  • Work with the web development team to enhance site usability, accessibility, and design.
  • Ensure the website is responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
  • Blogging
  • Develop a content strategy that includes regular blogging to support SEO goals.
  • Write and edit blog posts, ensuring they are informative, engaging and optimized for search engines.
  • Use keyword insights to guide content creation, including blog topics and on-page optimization.
  • Regularly updating the blog with fresh content helps to attract and retain customers interested.
  • Promoting blog posts through social media, email newsletters, and other channels is important to increase reach and drive traffic to the blog.
  • Content Writing:
  • Produce high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Develop compelling copy that engages and informs the target audience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve writing skills and content quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and advertising platforms.
