Job description: JPC – 3349 – Guest service operativeLocation: Abu DhabiJob Title: Guest Services Operative (Facilities) Job Grade: Reports to: Duty Manager Department: OperationsDirect Hire RoleJOB PURPOSE To be the key interface customers using the facilities within the complex. Undertake day-to-day operational duties as assigned by the duty manager while providing a high standard of guest services within the facilityDay- to-day operations · Provide a range of reception service duties · Attend to customer’s requirements and questions · Share information regarding the services available in the facility · Renting out equipment and assigning facilities to customers · Collecting payment following financial procedures · When required checking of customers tickets related to services to be provided · Giving safety instructions to the customers and helping them with various systems · Reporting faults to maintenance staff · Answering and making phone calls in appropriate manner · Taking reservations and organizing bookings · Maintain and manage customer’s data and ensure accurate records · Record and track customer’s complaints and feedback · Report on customer issues to management · Share knowledge and ideas to improve the service offeredJob Specific Accountability · Full responsibility for the customer services within each of the facilities · Ensure all cash and payment processes are followed · To ensure all promotions and cross selling of activities take place · Assisting other team members · Ensuring the customer has an enjoyable experience.Policies, Processes & Procedures · Continuous Improvement · Related Assignments · Perform other related duties or assignments as directed. Minimum Experience: · Minimum of 2 years in similar customer related environment.

Expected salary: 8000 per month
