Job description: Dubai, UAE SALARY: 15,000 AED – 15,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentJob Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer to join a reputable construction firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will work closely with the engineering team, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to a wide range of civil engineering projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, inspect materials, and ensure that all construction activities are being carried out according to the project plan.
- Support the preparation of technical documents, reports, and project documentation, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to coordinate work and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Assist in the review of engineering plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on project status, requirements, and deadlines.
- Utilize engineering software and tools to assist with project planning, design, and analysis.
- Ensure that all activities on-site adhere to the company’s quality standards and safety protocols.
- Provide support to senior engineers and project managers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Experience: No prior work experience required. Internships or project experience in construction or civil engineering are a plus.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Family Book
- Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various construction sites across Dubai.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required, including weekends.
