Job description: Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Processing:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time using SAP payroll modules.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and tax regulations, including WPS (Wage Protection System) guidelines.
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computations, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
- Employee Records:
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Compliance and Audits:
- Ensure payroll is compliant with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and external audits.
- Assist in the implementation of payroll changes as per UAE tax laws or organizational policy updates.
- System Management (SAP):
- Use SAP to manage HR and payroll data, ensuring that employee records are up-to-date.
- Extract reports and assist in financial reporting, HR planning, and budgeting through SAP modules.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot SAP payroll-related issues and implement system upgrades.
- HR Support:
- Assist the HR department in maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and contract details.
- Help with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring payroll data is correctly entered into the system.
- Support annual performance reviews by providing payroll-related data.
- Benefits Administration:
- Oversee employee benefit programs, including medical insurance and end-of-service benefits, and ensure their proper reflection in payroll.
- Manage the calculation and payment of gratuity and final settlements for departing employees as per UAE labor laws.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong experience in using SAP HR and payroll modules.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP HR and payroll systems is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll policies, and WPS requirements.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel for payroll reports and data analysis.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee information.

Expected salary: 4500 – 5500 per month
