Preparing studies, proposals, recommendations, and implementation plans to enhance the dissemination of a culture of human rights.Supervising program and walk-through planning. encourage the dissemination of the culture of human rights.Strengthening and building specialized capacities at the Commission and across levels in the field of human rights.Preparing and developing scientific materials, training manuals and their annexes on topics related to human rights.Building specialized advisory capabilities within the Authority to support. Across level in the field of human rights.Preparing a database of all specialists in the fields of human rights.Building a mechanism for developing, updating, and evaluating scientific content and supporting tools for the success of programs and projects specialized in spreading a culture of human rights.Develop training and rehabilitation programs.Developing specialized lecturers and mechanisms for measuring performance and raising capabilities.Planning and supervising the holding of seminars, conferences and discussion panels related to human rights.Preparing bulletins, publications and reports issued by the Commission related to human rights and its activities.
