Job description: Responsibilities
1.Promote various services and negotiate/resolve all issues raised
2.Leads the development and implementation of Pro-active Sales & Marketing strategies.
3.Leads the design and implement comprehensive business/marketing plan to promote sales.
4.Develop cross-selling strategies with internal (in-house) products/services
5.Develop cross-selling strategies with external products/services
6.Develop, Manage & Maintain Key accounts; implement strategies to increase sales volumes
7.Seek out prospects for new accounts; and achieve sales
8.Direct daily operations to improve sales quotas and improve sales by analysis of customer needs.
9.Promote & develop strong customer relationships.
10.Develop initiatives that support field-based activities in targeted priority areas.
11.Support development of periodic and annual target setting and business performance analysis.
12.Track, report and maintain a database on competitor’s activities.
13.Monitor all activities against benchmarks-review their success and improve processes.
14.Ensures that Group/Divisional Objectives, Sales Plans etc. are communicated internally and externally.
15.Participate in other project activities assigned by Divisional ManagerRequirements:
1.Degree Engineering or Technical Sales/Marketing/Business Management from a recognized University
2.Experience 2-3 years in Corporate Sales environment
3.Computer Literacy Excellent knowledge of Windows MS application suite; Experience in other applications would be an advantageMin Experience:2 YearsSalary :AED 9000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:October 23, 2024
