Job description: RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Direct and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping line coordination.
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
- Respond and follow up with all inquiries (written and verbal) for vendors and customers.
- Good Knowledge of E-Mirsal-II Online Customs Documents Clearing (Import & Export) (Air, Sea, Land, Transfer)
REQUIREMENTS:
- With 5-6 years experience in the industry or previous experience as a Logistics Operations Coordinator.
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
- Open to all nationalities
