To manage preparing project compliance documents, material technical submittals, and samples for pre-sales and post-sales projects.Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare technical letters in response to client’s technical queries.
- Compile samples and provide concise project-specific technical submittals for approval.
- Prepare material and technical submittals aligned with the agreed purchase order.
- Coordinate with third-party testing companies with regard to internal test requirements.
- Assist & coordinate project tests as per client’s requirement.
- Coordinate material samples from different manufacturers and suppliers.
- Assist & communicate with internal departments with regard to test documents.
- Check and monitor the quality of documents, processes, and procedures as per company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department with regard to quality manuals, procedures, and processes, as and when necessary.
- Maintain records & monitor project trackers, and report to Line Manager if the project & deliveries are behind schedule.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to increase project awareness.
- This list is not exhaustive, and any other duties considered to be within the capability of the post-holder may be requested.
- Other tasks are given by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in document control.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in project management/document control and AutoCAD.
- IT Skills: Microsoft Applications, Spreadsheets, and Construction Management software.

Expected salary: 8000 – 8500 per month
